Jeffrey Cummings, MD, ScD research and leadership in the field of Alzheimer’s disease have been recognized with many awards, including the Henderson Award of the American Geriatrics Society, the Research Award of the John Douglas French Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, and the Ronald and Nancy Reagan Research Award of the national Alzheimer’s Association. In 2010 he was honored by the American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry with their Distinguished Scientist Award. He has published over 600 articles and 35 books on Alzheimer’s disease and related topics.
