My Memory

My Memory
The memory test is based on your answers to questions related to early signs of memory problems. These questions are designed to explore your view of your own memory and function. A higher score indicates a lesser likelihood of memory and functional decline in the future.
NextBody Mass Index

Body Mass Index
The body mass index (BMI) is calculated by using your weight and height. It’s an estimate of your body fat. The BMIcategorizes a person as underweight (below <18.5), normal weight (18.5-24.9), overweight (25.0-29.9), or obese(>30.0 and above). The higher your BMI, the higher your risk for certain disease such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes.
